Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these terms.
• "Anonymous account" means the account created automatically for users who haven't signed in; its sign-in data is stored only in that browser.
• "Signed-in account" means an account linked to a Google account.
• "Virtual funds" means the money and shares used only inside the game. They are not real money or securities.

2. Posting and changing these terms

The Operator posts these terms in the Service and may change them within the limits of applicable law. Changes are announced in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days for changes unfavorable to users.

If you don't agree to the changed terms, you may stop using the Service and close your account. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.

3. The Service

The Service provides, free of charge, a virtual stock investing game based on past market events, along with records and rankings.

Virtual funds and game records have no monetary value and can't be exchanged for cash or anything else, or transferred to others.

4. Not investment advice

Charts, news, commentary, and results in the Service are adapted for the game. Stock names and price levels are changed and news is rewritten, so they may differ from the facts.

The Service is not investment advice or a recommendation of any financial product. You are responsible for any real investment decisions you make with reference to it, and their results.

5. Accounts

You can use the Service without signing in, through an anonymous account. If you clear the browser's site data you can no longer reach that account, and the Operator has no obligation to restore it.

You must be at least 14 to create a signed-in account. You are responsible for your own Google account and must not use someone else's.

6. Nicknames

Nicknames shown in rankings must not contain the following. The Operator may ask you to change such a nickname or reset it.

• Impersonation of another person or the Operator
• Profanity, obscenity, hate, or discrimination
• Advertising, promotion, or personal information such as phone numbers
• Anything else that violates the law or the rights of others

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Manipulate rankings by creating multiple accounts or using someone else's
• Use automated programs, or obtain unreleased prices, news, or event information by means other than those the Service provides
• Exploit bugs or security vulnerabilities (please report them to the Operator instead)
• Place excessive load on the servers or otherwise disrupt the Service
• Copy, distribute, or commercially use the Service's content without the Operator's permission

The Operator may remove a violating user's records from rankings or delete them, and restrict their use of the Service depending on the severity.

8. Changes and interruptions

As an individually run service, the Operator may change the Service, or suspend it temporarily or permanently for maintenance, outages, or operational reasons. Permanent shutdowns are announced in the Service 30 days in advance.

9. Closing your account

You may ask at any time to close your account and delete your records by emailing pgt0409@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, the Operator promptly deletes the account, its game records, and its nickname.

10. Ownership

Rights to the Service's screens, scenario design, and rewritten news and commentary belong to the Operator. Real company names and trademarks shown on result screens belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge, and the Operator does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Operator is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or outages of external services (hosting, database, or sign-in providers), or by the user's own fault. This does not apply to damages caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.

12. Disputes

These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please first raise any dispute with us at pgt0409@gmail.com; if it isn't resolved, it will be settled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Effective date

These terms take effect on October 26, 2026.
